Because each piece is custom-made, I’m not able to accept returns on personalized items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, reach out immediately so we can start the claims process.
I truly do my best to provide great customer service, but I’m human — and on rare occasions, mistakes can happen. I’ll always work with you in a fair and reasonable way.
All items include detailed product descriptions, so please be sure to review them before purchasing. Returns or exchanges won’t be accepted for misuse or accidental damage (for example: dropping or cracking the tumbler, putting it in the dishwasher, or approving a spelling that was submitted incorrectly).
If a return is approved by Coastal Palms Creations, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. I will provide a return label for the shipment back to me.
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
