Ready-to-Ship items typically go out within 4–5 business days after the final coat of epoxy.
Custom and made-to-order pieces take a bit more time — about 6 weeks — since they’re created just for you. I don’t ship on weekends or holidays, and once your package is on its way, please allow a few extra days for transit.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking usually updates within 24 hours.
Once a package leaves my hands and is with the carrier, it’s unfortunately out of my control.
